Hi!
Should we maybe have different subforums/boards for the hardware revisions of the Xyloband? After posting the SPI dump it came to my mind that it probably is only useful for the one on the blog (the one with the speaker)...
Kind regards, Stefan

Yeah, I had the same thought but I just set this up quickly when I had some time. A sub for each known hardware type would be a good start, right?

Yes, that would be good. But we also should keep a general subforum for all of them. Who knows, maybe (probably?) the protocol used for different versions is compatible...
So far I think the Versions are:
* The "Speaker model" (no name on PCB, with SAM D20) * xylo5-C (with AtMega 88) * Atmel Version with LEDS connected by wires (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiqTKAHWKXc) * I think there was/where (a) single-color version(s)

Agree a few sub forums are always useful.
Can someone please make one for new joiners as a place they can say hi and get welcomed into the discussions ?

Ok, I separated into subforums and moved threads accordingly. I am also adding sticky posts at the top of each subforum with some quick info on each hardware type. Please take a look and see if there's anything else I should add!

It's all looking very good - well done.
You could grab some of the good material from my blog perhaps - especially where it's mentioned that the LED connections can tear easily?

Oh btw - I emailed the guy who posted the video of the "No Speaker, Hardwired LEDs" version to see if he can link our forum from his video
